Bad debt

What is the name of your state? MA

Five years ago I was injured and unable to work, I have a disability pension from SSI.
I also had three bad debts which were written off my the credit card co's However, it seems that 2/3 years ago and as soon as this year they were bought off my another company .

They have gone to court never notifying me. I get notices after the court dates about what the courts have decided.
How do I handle this????????????

They tried to notify you but you moved and didn't leave a forwarding address. Anyway, you will have to either pay the debts or ask the court to vacate the judgment and let you then have a new trial.
