Bailiff action

I received a bailiff action form to collect a outstanding debt for council tax.
I intend on paying the amount owe but have noticed that my title sir name is spelt wrong.
I contacted the council who I originally owe and found that they have my sir name spelt incorrectly on their database.
My details were passed to them from my landlord and not me.
Please could you tell me if the notice letter is legal and should I request a new letter from the bailiff with the correct spelling before paying the bill. Does all the bailiff charges stated in the notice stand any ground as it says that a second or third visit fee to collect will apply..
