bankruptcy and employee expenses owed?i am former management of a transportation company that filed chapter 11 bankruptcy law in march. i was laid off at the beginning of april. my expenses were never fully paid off and i am still owed money. i kept contacting the company in april and may but never received a response. recent attempts to contact anyone at the company hq have proven futile. no one is answering the phone and the website has been taken off line. i have found employment but would like to recoup my owed expenses. the expenses do not exceed 1k. do i have any worthwhile options? is the company's failure to pay my expenses (as promised) a breach of bankruptcy law? thanks, pkt |

| You need to contact the Trustee that is handling the company's Ch 11. IF you want any hope of being paid, you are going to have to file a claim against the bankruptcy.
