bankruptcy question

What is the name of your state?geogia
I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy because I wanted to keep my house and car.
I was ordered to pay $415 per month on my case. My question is if their are 5 weeks in a month why do I have to pay more than $415? I am paid bi-weekly and $207.50 comes directly out of my paycheck and I noticed when we had 3 paychecks I was still garnished another $207.50. This doesnt seem fair.
