What is the name of your state? Texas I bought a van about 4 years ago and had it for 2 months when we had some financial trouble I called the bank and explained the problem and gave it back as a voluntary repo.Well about 8 months later I started getting calls at work as well as at home from a collection agency.Well here we are 3 years later and I was served with a summons to respond with a writen answer to the county.I explained that I could make monthly payments on the debt.Now 5 months later I have had a request for disclosure,request for admissions, and a set of interrogatories.I have offered to pay this but I guess it is not enough for them.What can I do to get these collectors to agree on a monthly plan?What is the name of your state?

What you have been hit with is POST-judgment discovery to try to locate any non-exempt assets that you might have. You are REQUIRED to respond. If you don't, they can get the court to order you to comply. Then, if you fail to comply, the court can issue an arrest warrant and hold you in jail until you do comply.

As for how to get them to agree to payments, there is NO requirement that they do so... and you can't force them to agree to your plan.
