What is the name of your state? Nebraska

Today I received a Summons dictating that I owed 9 grand for a vehicle that was repo'd about 4 months ago. It was a victim of my divorce. I obviously dont have the vehicle anymore and dont want to pay another dime on it.

Is bankrupacy my only option? If I do file bankrupacy, will that clear me, free and clear of paying anything on my past vehicle?
