Best Personal Info search service?

What is the name of your state? TN

Any recommendations on a background/personal info service? What are the normal charges for these searches?

I have a judgment and would like to get banking information on the debtor prior to serving interrogatories if possible (to seize those funds before he moves or withdraws them). I do have his SS# and current address.

Actually, if I find just the bank name, is it possible to seize the account without the specific account number (by just name & SS#)? Can I just show the branch manager a copy of the judgement or what else is normally required? Sorry, never done this before

Also, I am currently pursuing a wage garnishment ( I know you'll suggest that )
