| Bounced Check
What is the name of your state?I'm not sure that this is the right forum for this, but I need some help. I bounced a check at a major retailer in PA in October. I have paid off the check, so that's not the issue. My issue is that since October up until the time that I paid this check off, they have tried to process the check at least twice a month. After a month of this, I put a stop payment on the check. The check stop coming throught my account. I also put a stop payment on the returned check fee. They still found a way to get process their returned check fee. I was getting charged $30 from them & I was getting charged $20 from my bank. So, needless to say, my checking account is negative $221 ALL from them processing these charges several times a month.
My question is this, are they allowed present the check as many times as they want? |
