What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH
When I got my paycheck from the daycare I used to work for, I cashed it at a local grocery store. The check bounced, as have quite a few other peoples and the store sent it to a collection agency that is sending ME letters about it. I called my former employer and she said she would take care of it. No way to get a hold of her now and she did not take care of it. What can I do?
