call from law firm

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
I am $63000 in debt.
Yesterday, I received a call from Patenaude & Felix law firm. They have one of the account which is about $13,000.
This is the first call I received from them.
I have no assests.
What should I do?
Should I negotiate with them? Will they accept monthly payments?
Any advice would be welcome.

Have you considered bankruptcy?

With that much debt & no assets bankruptcy may be your only option. You might want to contact a bk attorney & run your situation by them.
