Calls from Gerald E. Moore

What is the name of your state? AL
I have received a couple of call from the law office of Gerald E. Moore. They have left messages and I have not called them back. They have also called my mother. When she talked to them today they told her there was a case against me. Is this a violation? I know not to talk to CAs on the telephone but I want them to send me a letter so I can get them to validate. Any suggestions?

**A: yes, it is a violation provided there actually is no case against you.
But why did you not pay your bills?

Before you contact this well known SLEAZE, you need to review the information at:

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I have read this information about these people. That is what worries me. Apparantly the person who called me and who is calling my mother are talking about the case. They mentioned to my mother about a law suit that is going to be filed against me. Any other suggestions? I do have an address for them. I know they have to find a lawyer in my town to actually sue me.

Edited to add: Have these guys ever sued anyone? Also, can I send them a validation letter even though they have not sent me anything in paper showing that I owe them something?

If you have read the information about him, then you should know that he and his employees are probably lying. If you also continued to read, it states very clearly what you should do....

I accidentally intercepted a call from these guys. They are saying that Cap One intends to sue. Said I owe x amount of money. I did catch the person I talked to in a lie. She said if they get a judgement against me even though I can't work they can garnish my dh's wages. Alabama is not a community property state so that can't happen.
