Can a CA freeze an account if....

What is the name of your state? AZ

... if one of the people who own the bank account are not included in the judgement? My fiance and I share a bank account. The judge just granted a motion for summary judgement. If she should lose and the judge allows them to go after her bank account can they touch it since it also in my name and I am not part of the case?

They'll go after any and all assets in which she has or appears to have an ownership interest and leave it to her to establish what's exempt (untouchable).
