Can a bank offset my business account from a CHARGED OFF debt related to an old personal account?

If they have a judgement, and you are the owner of the company, then the business and all its accounts are your assets, which are vulnerable to seizure to satisfy a judgement. I don't think it works the other way, I don't think your personal accounts could be attached for a business debt, but that's because the LLC is supposed to protect your personal assets. If the debt belongs to you personally, then the entire company constitutes an asset.
