can I prtect my checking account?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny

I just realized on Friday that my business checking account monies had been seized due to a judgment that I incurred a few years ago. If I incorporate of form an LLC would that protect the business from the judgment on my personal debt? If not is their any way to protect an account with my business deposits...thank so much. Don't mean to sound like a dead beat but just getting back on my feet and will take care of personal debt later.

I doubt that any RESPONSIBLE member of this forum will assist you in what is likely CREDITOR FRAUD and/or FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

no opinion taken...just ditto to what JETX said. I'm sorry it is an inconvenient time for you to repay what you owe, but since you owe it and I'm sure owed it for a long time; c'est la vie. Many of us find it inconvenient paying higher costs because debtors like you make excuses as to why you can't pay your bills.

Not to burst your bubble, but if they've already frozen your account, how do you think forming an LLC can help now? The money is frozen.

However, a creditor who attempts to enforce a judgment who notices your new LLC will not have a difficult time seizing the assets of it. Doing so only takes one extra step (filing an extra order to show cause) in the process, the cost of which will get added to the amount being sought. Plus, judges tend to take a dim view of fraudulent conveyances so you run the risk of a pissed off judge doing all sorts of other things to you to make your life even more miserable. All in all, not a good idea.
