Hello. I have been divorced for 3+ years. My ex husband is being sued for credit card debts. In the divorce decree it was stated that he is responsible for his debts. Cards were in his name. He moved out of the country and now they are trying to serve him at my address (his last known address). Will they try to attach to my assets? Texas.

What you do is tell the server that he does NOT live there and give them his new address.
