Question

can a judgement follow me to another state

i had a judgement over a repo filed in north carolina i dont own anything here in nc but i do own property in flordia can they touch what is in florida or just here

Yes. If you live in NC and have assets in FL they can reach those assets. If you MOVE to FL, then they would have to move the judgment too.
