What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Paypal accounts are considered an asset and can be garnished. Paypal does not require an SSN to open personal accounts, just business accounts. If a judgment is granted against you, you may have to reveal your ownership of a Paypal account during a debtor's exam. Ever give out your email address? Give me that and a minute and I can find out if you have a Paypal account.
