Car Repossessed

My car was repossessed and the finance company tells me I owe them $28,841.54 in unpaid total monthly payments. My lease agreement says the amount to be amortized is $15,532.07. The total lease cost according to my records is $30,668.17. The finance company is claiming a total of $32,377.34. They are giving me a $16,000.00 credit for the sale of the car, but this does not include a total of $3,103.96 worth of payments made on the vehicle. What can I do?
