Car Repossession

What is the name of your state? Georgia
I sold my car to a minor. Kept the title and remained leinholder. Verbal agreement with me and the minor (my nephew) that he would pay me a set amount each month. Nothing is in writing however.

He is now about 1 month late on his last payment and his father has taken the car. Would like to repossess it. What are the steps I need to take and am I in my rights to do so?
