Case dismissed, can they refile?

What is the name of your state?Florida

In 2002 a collection lawsuit was filed as shown below on the docket schedule.
But in Oct. 2003 the case was dismissed. Does anyone know if they can refile the exact same case again?

There may have been an Order of Dismissal in 10/03, but it looks like they tried to serve you again in 2004. If the case is not dismissed WITH PREJUDICE, it CAN be re-filed.
