CC company called my old cell.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada

Credit card company called my old cell phone.
Party answered and told them it was no longer my number and he started a new cellphone plan with them.
They asked him if it he knew how to get a hold of me. they had this cell phone number and my house number. then they gave him the house number.

after the conversation he called me and told me this company keeps calling them and if i can please tell them to stop.

its washington mutual, ic alled and spoke to this lady who took me to a surpiversor who connected me to another party. she then told me that the only way he gave out my number was because they asked certain questions he answered. HE HAS NO CLUE ON WHO I AM !!!

Never spoke to him before.

WHAT CAN I DO ?????

What am i supposed to do ?

There has to be a law that says they cannot give out my personal information over the phone. ?

what forms can i fill out.
how do i get the recorded conversation they have?
where do i supbena someone for something ?

thankyou very much.

Perhaps, there are a lot of laws. Of course, you'll need to be more specific about which one to which you are refering.

The form you need to fill out is called a check. It is commonly used to facilitate transfer of money between people.

You could ask nicely. You could threaten. You could go on a hunger strike. You could steal it. There are many ways you could get a recorded conversation -- but you don't know that they have one.

The county courthouse is a good place to start.

Stop playing games. If you paid your bills, you wouldn't have this problem.
