Question

Certified Mail - Not signed ??

What is the name of your state? NH

I sent a letter back to the National Arbitration Forum, to counter claim and dispute and old debt. I did this via certified mail. I got my return card back, however nobody signed and/or dated the card. What does that mean? All my other certified mail is always dated and signed.

Any thoughts and/or advice?

Thanks in Advance

No it doesn't... It means no-one signed for it... Do NOT OPEN the letter you needto keep it for your records and give it to a judge if you ever get to court...

I don't think the OP got the entire letter back, just an unsigned green card. Am I right??

Just the green card

Correct, I didn't get the entire letter back. Just the card that is supposed to be signed by the company (which it wasn't). What does that indicate?

I still say the post office screwed up. What you might be able to do however, is track it on-line through usps.com. It will show when it was delivered at least.
