Changed banks after levy served

What is the name of your state? California --levy took money from my bank account --I filed claim of exemption and got it back --I recently got notice of additional charges that were filed with the court --does that mean they are going to take money from my account again? I got no notice from the court --just the lawyer for the collection -I changed banks --do they have to go back to court to get new judgement? It is still the same case # on letter --Thanks
