chapter 7 and bad checks?

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Oregon

I have 5 bad checks, written on a closed account. 3 years after the checks were written, the maker of the checks declared chapter 7 and was discharged. Can I still sue on these bad checks? Thanks.

Check your SOL and find out if the checks were included in the bankruptcy. If in SOL and not included in bankruptcy, fair game.
