Cite information?

What is the name of your state? Texas

Would anyone happen to know a cite I can add to my collections letter to add a little legality to it? simply looking for a citation that I can put at the end of this following sentence:

"you are being notified for full and immediate on all outstanding invoices pursuant to (citation here)".

Some kind of general citation in the law that simply says "if you owe money - pay your bill" or "we'll lien your property if you dont' pay your bill". Just some kind of general debt collection cite?

You should talk to your company lawyer. If you write the wrong thing, you could be exposing yourself and your company liability.

Actually, quoting your Fair Debt Act as a cite US 15 800 - is perfect. Doesn't give any threats, just a legal connotation to the collection process.

It doesn't apply to you.
