Claim Notice/Bankruptcy Papers

What is the name of your state? Illinois
Bankruptcy chapter 7-discharged May, 1998, in Pennsylvania

Can someone please help me, because I don't understand any of this stuff. I had a Bankruptcy discharged in 1998 in PA. Pretty much everything involved were credit cards-I was just out of college. I just received a complaint via the Circuit Court of Cook County claiming I still owe them over $2200. I never had a credit card again after my Bankruptcy so I'm sure this card, Capital One, was covered in the Bankruptcy. On my credit report for Capital One under Payment Status is says "Charge-off". So, I have a few questions. Does it sound like Capital One made a mistake? What can I do about it? As I said, I went through this Bankruptcy just out of college over 6 years ago, I don't know where my papers are and do not recall the attorney I used. How do I go about getting a copy of my Bankruptcy information including a list of EVERYTHING that was covered through my filing? And, lastly, what is the worst that can happen to me if I just don't respond to this notice, as I cannot currently afford to pay the claimed amount?

Thanks
please email me if you have further advice: divnerz@comcast.net
