Claiming bankruptcy

I have a problem with my tenant. I have a judgment against him, of a collection of past due rent amounting to $17, 500, and an eviction order. So the tenant has threatened to file a bankruptcy. The marshall said before I get the eviction warrant enforced, I need proof that the tenant did not file the bankruptcy.
1. On what website can I find this proof?
2. If he did file for bankruptcy, how can I evict him?

If he files for bankruptcy and lists you as a creditor then you will receive notification of the filing.

Well, you can try Pacer, if he filed his case will be there.

You'll have to sign up to get access.

2. If he did file for bankruptcy, how can I evict him?

If his case is currently open, you have to file a Motion for Relief from Stay with the bankruptcy court first. If the court grants you Relief, you can go ahead with eviction proceedings.
