co-signWhat is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?california, i co-signed a car to my ex sister-in-law about two years ago and the finance company called me and told me she was behind on the payments two months. i told them that i can't make payments right now because i just when throw my divorce. i told them to reposes the car and they said that they don't know where she lives. they threated me that they will take me to court.is there is anything i can do? i know i signed the papers and i am responsable for the account. please any advice will be appreciated. thank you  |
