My husband and I brought together a 2011 Chevy HHR and so far I have made most of the payments until here recently when he made the payments to get caught up after he left the first time. He has told me in several text messages that he would pay for the car and sign a note to that fact now he don't want to give me the money to pay it. He wants a divorce. My question is does he still have to make the loan payment if I can not. We live in Texas
