Collecting from another state

What is the name of your state? NJ
I won a judgment for $1200 in New Jersey. The debtor has his home address listed in NJ, but he works in Pennsylvania. I am working on getting a wage garnishment from his workplace. How much is legally collectable from his wages? Thank you.
