Collecting on a bad check

What is the name of your state? Illinois

I accepted a business check for a car and the check ended up bouncing. I have gone to small claims court and obtained a judgement against the business (I named both the owner and the business in my complaint but apparently only the business was served). Now the business has gone under and I can no longer find the owner. What recourse do I have? Can I have the judgement recorded against the owner?
