| If you are a subscriber to the credit bureaus, then you can report the delinquency to them.
Have you MAILED this person anything, any kind of delinquency notices ?? If not, then you need to do so and demand payment of the arrearage or you will begin foreclosure proceedings. Send it certified, RRR, you'll know when its been delivered and the recipient cannot deny it.
