What is the name of your state?

Texas

Any advice on how to collect a Small Claims judgment for $4575 from our pool builder? They are an LLC, but have not filed bankruptcy as of yet.

Thanks in advance!

There are lots of books on collecting judgments in your state at book stores and online stores.

Most small claims judgments remain uncollected since collecting them is a nightmare!

As has been pointed out, small claims judgments are easy to get but hard to collect.

You might try to find a small collection agency or collection attorney and turn the judgment over to them -- they will want a sizable chunk of whatever is collected as their fee.
