What is the name of your state? Texas
My daughter lived with me for a while, she has been gone for about two years. Her bill collectors still call. I tell them not to call anymore, but they still do. What can I do to stop them? Is it illegal for them to continue to call after I tell them she doesn't live there anymore? Can I take legal action against them?

Can you prove any of that? Not yet. Send them a letter, certified mail return receipt, telling them not to call or write.
