Collection civil case

What is the name of your state? I reside in oklahoma,moved from california 2000.Company A( california ) charged off credit card debt year Jan 2003 but account opened 09/1999.Company B bought the account from Company A,company B is in COLORADO. Now company B filed a lawsuit in oklahoma for the debt collection., since it is 2005 now can i win this case based on statue of limitation.I know for CA is 4 years and OK is 5 years. I need advice on how to deal with it.
