Collection of Credit Card Debt

What is the name of your state?

Virginia

I owe $50,00 total to about seven different credit cards. I would like to know whether they can take away my assets. I have some bank CD accounts, annuities with insurance companies, government savings bonds. etc.

I have never filed for bankruptcy. Can my debtors attach my accounts?

I's advise you to look up the Virginia statutes and see what assets you can protect.

A creditor can take your assets only after they get a judgement against you.
