collection letter from AAMCO

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

I recently recieved a letter from AAMCO transmissions about a servicing I had done on my vehicle in 2005. They claim that I owe them 136.39. I am just getting this letter today and they state that they intend to contact a debt collection agency over the matter. I paid the amount when the services were rendered. How could I have gotten my vehicle back if I had not? I no longer own the vehicle nor do I keep records over 4 years old on vehicles I no longer own. I called the manager and they still claim I owe that amount. What do I do? This is the first notice I have had over this matter.
