I am in Texas. I was going over my credit report for the first time, and I saw a that I had an account in collections. I don't recognize the company. Also the the collection agency, cyber collect, has never sent me anything letting me know that I had account in collection with them. I have no problem paying. It is only $61, I just don't know what is for. How should I find out more information? Are collection agency's or the Original Creditor supposed to notify of an unpaid debt?
