Collections ?

Ok i have a sprint bill that i havent paid, i was trying to save the money to pay it. It totals $900.00. i just got a summons to appear in court. Can i talk to there lawer and settle this without goin to court or do i have to still show up. And if i dont show up will i be in trouble. Thanks

If your asking if they will arrest you, NO they won't arrest you, BUT if you don't show up, they will WIN a judgement against you by default (you didn't show, they automatically win) and they are COUNTING On you NOT showing up. It is an easy win for them. If they win a judgement they will probably go after your bank account, property of any value or garnish your wages. At least this is how I understand it from the research I have been doing.
