If your asking if they will arrest you, NO they won't arrest you, BUT if you don't show up, they will WIN a judgement against you by default (you didn't show, they automatically win) and they are COUNTING On you NOT showing up. It is an easy win for them. If they win a judgement they will probably go after your bank account, property of any value or garnish your wages. At least this is how I understand it from the research I have been doing.
