Collections harassment

What is the name of your state? Tennessee

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the what the Tennessee State Code Annotated has to to say about collections harassment?

Also, the exact place to find the reference to this law would be greatly appreciated.

TN follows the federal law - the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), it does not have is own version. So, you need to read the FDCPA.
