columbia houseWhat is the name of your state? TN I got a letter from a collection agency representing columbia house. They say I owe them around $80. I had a columbia house many years ago and to my knowledge it was paid. I also have an account now. I don't think they would've opened a new account if I still owed them monies. Would it be worth my time to ask for validation. I am currently about 2/3 the way through a chapter 13. If debt is indeed valid, I would've incurred it before filing, but it was not listed on my filing since I did not know of its existence. Any help would be appreciated. |

I would at least call Columbia House and ask them first what the heck is going on.
