Does it identify a court jurisdiction? Does it identify a case number? Is there a reference to a court order? It sounds bogus to me. Demand that your employer verify it properly.

Ok this is what my paper says:Answer to garnishee (earnings-continue lien)

1. i am the abouve named garnishee authorized by garnishee to make this affidavit on its behalf regarding the writ of garnishee on the dtae the writ was served; 6/10/09

2. was judgement debtor employed by garnishee on the date the writ was served? yes

so on and so forth...but it does not have a judges signature or a stamp from the courts. it only has a notary public stamp. mind you this is from another county and stamped by a different county. On this paper it states that they will be garnishing $50 a paycheck. But today I recieved my paycheck garnished for $241. Im not quit sure as to what I can do...I don't have enough $$ to pay my rent this month.

You need to go to the Superior Court of that county, give them the case number (No. CV and some numbers=Case number), and pay for copies of the file. It sounds like you were sued, and there might be a judgment against you. Did you live in that county? Were you ever served notice that a case was filed against you?
