Court Date tomorrow / Cavalry/Need help

What is the name of your state? AZ

Synopsis: Auto Repo, CA Cavalry, SOL borderline when Cavalry filed claim in 6/03, not Serviced until 10/04(statutes says they only have 120 days to serve), Deposition with plaintiff Attny 1/4,/04, now going for mediation with Court tomorrow at Noon, if no settlement Pre trial at 2:30;
Question:

Should I let a judge decide or should I make settlement at Noon. Plaintiff Attorney claims they made case before SOL, do I have a case that It should have been seried before 6/3, Never contacted from Cavalry until served, making no since since we have been at the same address for 5 years and am in the phone book. Also, I am pretty nervous about tomorrow, anyone know what i can expect?
