Court Hearing

What is the name of your state? Florida
Thank you those of you who replied to my post. I appreciate your time.
This is in reference to going to the court hearing or not, the company suing me for payment is demanding full payment ($4,000), which I don't have. Should I contact them and try to make payment arrangements? Some people say this is not a good idea ???

If you fail to respond to the suit, you are simply acknowledging everything the creditor claims is correct and they will win.

You can negotiate, but you better be ready to pay. If you want payment arrangements, you are probably going to have to accept a stipulation of judgment.

Whatever you do, you need to get moving. Every day that passes, you lose more options.
