Court Judgement

What is the name of your state? FL. My husband recently had a court judgement entered against him regarding credit card debt. The house,car, and bank account are solely in my name. Do I have anything to worry about?What is the name of your state?

Florida is not a community property state and your assets are safe. The bank account could be a problem if any of your husbands pay is deposited in the account, a visit with your banker to clarify things would be adviseable.
