court summon in another county

What is the name of your state?
Alabama

Today I pick up register mail from Ford Credit.My car was repossess over
a year ago .My bankruptcy fail through due to unemployment.
I can't pay even $7000 back I 've only earned 6000 this year due to
low income. The summon ask for me to reply in 14 day my acknowledgement
are denial of this debt which was sent from another county district clerk.
Do I need to respond and let them know I have no money.

If you don't file an Answer to the summons you will have an automatic default judgment against you, although you're going to lose one way or the other with no income to pay.

A bankruptcy fell through ?? What chapter bankruptcy, 7 or 13 ?
