Credit Repair

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

Ok I am in a bit of a pickle. My credit makes the eyes hurt to look at, the heart to stop beating, and life to fade away. Yes to me it is that bad.

I finally have a job making enough to actually pay my bills and start to fix my credit after my accounts have gone to collections and or charges off as bad debt. The total amount of accounts that are showing negative on my report is only 7, and the amount of all 7 is less than $6,000. I am willing to pay, but I want the negatives to come off of my report. I fill that if I contact the collection company and pay, they will be happy to get their money but not care to make the changes on my report. Can someone help me get on the right path to the world of good credit please?
Not sure if it matters but I am recently divorced, does that have any grounds on my report? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Your accounts will show as previously late, but paid in full. There is no requirement that those items be "removed".

The only 'magic pill' that will fix your already bad credit is a good payment history and time. The credit reporting agency's are only required to show ACCURATE information in your file. That could be good or bad, depending entirely on you.

Nope.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
