Credit Report

What is the name of your state? PHILADELPHIA

HI!, I need to know - when I buyout my apt lease, what effect does that have on my credit report? The mgmt said that there will be a note on it but is not really very helpful on details. I don't want my buying out the lease to ruin my report - Can someone help me?
