Credit Report question

What is the name of your state? Ky

We had an account that was sold off twice and we settled with the last CA that had it. They (the CA that we settled with) had never reported anything to the credit bureaus and looks like they aren't going to.

Question is this, can anything be done about the OC and the second CA (that bought the account from the OC)'s tradelines that were reported? Ex: the OC reported as "charge off", the CA that bought it from OC reported as 120 + days ..

Hope that makes sense...
