credit report says account closed

My granddaughter,who lives in ms,is way,way behind on her car payments,repo has tried to find it ,but she so far has been able to keep it hid; (she is not a good credit risk at all) she applied for a job that does credit checks and the report says that the account on the car is closed because it is a bad debt; what does this mean for her? will repo still pick up the car? will this always be on her credit?

"Account closed" is an accounting term meaning they're tired of messing with her.

She still owes the money.
